Superbowl

We love to make a big deal, or event, out of anything fun that pops up.  My parents had us over for the Superbowl this year and for a few years now.  We made bets on the teams playing...
(well my mom chose San Fransisco to lose the game to the Patriots.  Does that count?)
and had some good food, enjoyed the game and the commercials.

As tradition goes, we all get together.  Except this year.  I am still struggling with my brother being out of state.  I know it doesn't sound like much and it is something that happens as we grow older, but for our family it is a big deal.  My brothers are some of my best friends.  We miss them when they are not around.  We all talked to Pete on the phone to get his bet and check in before the game.

Everyone enjoyed the appetizers my mom made.

Alex loved sitting by his Uncle Luke watching the game, playing some games, eating appetizers and learning how to do the moonwalk (commercial inspired).

Aiden was busy, busy, busy.  He would try to sneak off and climb up the stairs, he chased everyone around the table, would stand in front of the television and scream and mostly loved stealing and trying to chew on the remotes.  Oh, and he ate.

In the words of my little man, "Go, Packers! Vikings!"
(sometimes he gets a little confused)
