I just realized that I never posted any pictures or stories from Alex's Tball times this summer. If I did, I can't find them. We decided to sign Alex up for introduction Tball in the Montgomery-Lonsdale Community Education brochure this year. The kids all got free tshirts, a ball and a bat. Alex was incredibly excited to play ball just like Joe Mauer, or Mitchell's favorite player (Josh Willingham).
It wasn't quite what little Alex expected. There were no games, it was mostly a workshop of sorts. They would rotate stations of running, hitting, and throwing.
No matter what the weather was like (really hot or cold) Aiden was there and was such a good boy! He would play around me or go to the park. My mom came with most of the time to help me watch him and Alex.
Alex had a lot of visitors come and watch him play and they even played with him too!
It was really fun that Alex was able to play with his two friends, Olivia and Abby. Although on the actual "game day" they seemed to be in the field dancing and talking. Not really playing the game. Whatever. They are little and it was more fun watching them and laughing at how innocent they are.
